We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a refund:

-The item must be returned in its original condition

If your item shows any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

-Custom or personalised jewellery (including engraved items)

-Bespoke pieces made specifically to your request

These items are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

Return Shipping

-If you are returning an item for a refund, you are responsible for return shipping costs

-All returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery

-Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit

If your return is damaged during shipping due to poor packaging, the refund may be refused.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

-Broken on arrival

-With a faulty clasp

-Incorrect to what you ordered

-With a manufacturing defect

We will take full responsibility.

Repairs

Refunds
