This service is normally priced at £30 (plus shipping).

What’s Included

-Professional cleaning and polishing

How It Works

You are entitled to one free polish per item, which must be requested:

-Exactly 1 year from your delivery date

-Within a 5-day window of that date

Requests made outside of this window will not be eligible for the free service.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the free yearly polish:

-The item must have been purchased from Mason Carter Jewellery

-You must provide:

-Your order receipt

-The name on the order must match your request

We reserve the right to refuse the service if proof of purchase cannot be verified.

Shipping

-You are responsible for sending the item to us

-You may choose your preferred shipping method when sending

For the return:

-Your item will be sent back via Royal Mail Special Delivery

-A £15 return shipping fee will be required

Turnaround Time

-Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your item

Important Information

-This service is for polishing only and does not include repairs

-Only items originally purchased from Mason Carter Jewellery are eligible

-This offer is limited to one use per item
