We want you to love your jewellery. If you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at info@masoncarterjewellery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

✅ Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalised jewellery

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

📩 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll sort it promptly.
