We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a refund:

-The item must be returned in its original condition

If your item shows any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

-Custom or personalised jewellery (including engraved items)

-Bespoke pieces made specifically to your request

These items are made uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

Return Shipping

-If you are returning an item for a refund, you are responsible for return shipping costs

-All returns must be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery

-Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit

If your return is damaged during shipping due to poor packaging, the refund may be refused.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

-Broken on arrival

-With a faulty clasp

-Incorrect to what you ordered

-With a manufacturing defect

We will take full responsibility.

In these cases:

-We will cover return shipping

-You will be offered a repair, replacement, or full refund

All jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults.

This includes:

-Structural defects

-Faulty clasps

-Issues caused by our craftsmanship

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will:

-Repair your item free of charge, or-

-Offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

-General wear and tear

-Scratches, dents, or surface damage

-Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

-Water damage or chemical exposure

-Any damage caused after delivery

If your item has been damaged after delivery, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Repairs

-If the damage is our fault, repairs are completely free

-If the damage is caused by the customer, we can still help — repairs will be offered at a charge

Refunds

-Refunds are issued to your original payment method only

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome

How It Works

You are entitled to one free polish per item, which must be requested:

-Exactly 1 year from your delivery date

-Within a 5-day window of that date

Requests made outside of this window will not be eligible for the free service.

-You must provide:

-Your order receipt

-The name on the order must match your request

We reserve the right to refuse the service if proof of purchase cannot be verified.

Shipping

-You are responsible for sending the item to us

For the return:

-Your item will be sent back via Royal Mail Special Delivery

-A £15 return shipping fee will be required
